Technical Home Services hope to grow providing excellent technical maintenance and customer service.

Where as most heating companies concentrate on plumbing and new installations, Technical Home Services will concentrate on diagnostics, maintenance and upgrading central heating systems and controls with the aim of improving energy efficiency.

We are developing heating & appliance home service contracts and are continually seeking ways to improve the services provided and employ only fully qualified and experienced engineers to achieve these goals. We are, after all,

As well as providing our own customers with service & repair contracts, we also work along side major European manufactures, providing technical expertise for their boilers and controls, undertaking their Guarantee work and contract work

We can offer you quality of service ranging from full gas central heating repairs and service contracts, a replacement boiler, central heating system or heating controls upgrades or power flushing. We also give good solid technical advice & Recommendations on system design.

Customer Service

As a company, we are striving to build a culture where the customer comes first, and where excellent customer service is the norm. In the marketplaces we try to provide products and services to meet customers' changing needs.

Appointments

We are developing a facility where the customer can make an appointment on line At the moment customers can make a provisional appointment, especially if the telephone is busy by E-Mail and our customer adviser will ring the customer back to confirm details, charges, and when the Technical Engineer can call.

Customer policies

We are committed to ensuring all our customers receive the best possible service. However, we recognise that, on occasions, some of our customers experience problems. With Technical Home Services you can talk to our Customer Services Adviser who will try to deliver your needs. Our customer advisers will occasionally visit customers on appointment basis to ensure our customers are happy with the services provided.
